There are some requirements to use someone's face or reconginzable human or property. Please choose respectively for each image.
- If you have more than one property image or model image to be displayed, then each image's consent form is required.
- For example, if you are uploading 50 images, then we require 50 consent forms for each of the images.
If you are sending more than one consent form; then please send it in zip format.
